About the Role

The Engineer II is a key role that requires experience in Production, Mac Pac, PLM, MS Office, and Product Structure. The role involves collaborating and supporting the Semi Engineering Team and Account Manager.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Creating New Part Numbers, release Hard Code Part Numbers, Bills of Material, Routing in Mac Pac for system boxes
• Support Account Manager with Quotes, PO, and Sales Orders updates.
• Work with Account Manager and within the Customer Portals to resolve sales order issues, manage customer hot list and align orders with customer dates.
• Complete analysis of bill of materials (BOM) or Pricing data.
• Focuses on improving and documenting existing processes or products that impact technical area or local plant.
• Creating and managing PLM ECOs, Customer Branding, Customer Spec alignment.
• Assist team with managing Prototype Sales Orders based on status requirements (ex: FAI, Eng Holds, Stop Works, SOs, inventory, mod MOs, etc.).
• Assist team with best practice Business System needs and help ensure all designs and products meet company standards and requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or two-year degree and related experience, or equivalent experience (5-8 years)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Teams, Word)
• Understanding and working with Rule Trees
• Detail-Oriented and organized

• Ability to follow complex directions

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired Qualifications

• Proficient in Mac Pac and New Business System (SO/MO maintenance; Create Part Numbers, BOMs, Routings, Inventory Mod Transactions)
• PLM Experience
