Job Description

Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Gundersen SE Minnesota, family medicine team. Our clinics are looking for a team-oriented clinician who provides full-spectrum Family Medicine care. This is a .5 FTE outpatient only position. The clinic hours are Monday through Friday between 7:30am-5:00 pm.

This role will be part of the Gundersen Health System regional primary care float clinician team. The float clinicians play a very important role in day to day operations of our regional primary care clinics. This float clinician will be responsible for working in four clinic locations including Spring Grove, LaCrescent, Houston and Harmony. The position offers diversity in practice location with a daily mix of acute care and primary care. On days when the clinician is not floating to a site to ensure sufficient minimal staffing (example: covering vacation days for another clinician) the home base location will be the Gundersen LaCrescent Clinic.
